3. Membership & Payment Terms
We offer membership packages providing comprehensive relocation support services.

  • Membership fees are clearly stated upon sign-up, payable online through WooCommerce Payments or approved third-party payment gateways.
  • All memberships renew automatically unless explicitly canceled by the customer at least 14 days prior to renewal.
  • Membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by applicable law.

4. Third-party Providers & Commissions
We partner with selected third-party providers (e.g., schools, real estate agents, utility companies) to deliver certain relocation services.

  • While we facilitate connections, any resulting agreements or contracts are strictly between you and these providers. We are not responsible for disputes arising from third-party agreements.
  • We may receive commissions or referral fees from these providers at no additional cost to you.
